AssetSwarm is a royalty licensing and recruitment platform for entrepreneurial artists, investors and managers to facilitate their collaboration on independent commercial projects. AssetSwarm prepares, coordinates and records the intellectual property, investor and management royalty agreements.
Since everything is brand new (we're still not even happy with the logo) AssetSwarm supports only recording contracts between record labels and music publishing companies, and their artists and managers. We plan to expand the service to support further business requirements - let us know if you're dreaming of a particular contract!
